Business Analyst (Technology - Financial Services)

About the role

Accenture is hiring a Business Analyst for its Technology practice in financial services, based in Jakarta. The analyst works in international, multidisciplinary project teams alongside the client, gathering requirements to analyse, design and implement technology best practices that support business change. The role contributes to System Integration (SI) and Application Outsourcing (AO) contracts and sits within teams using Agile, SAFe and DevOps.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultative business and system integration services to help clients implement effective solutions.
• Translate customer needs into business and technology solutions using digital methodologies and approaches that drive business value.
• Advise on technology transformation and ensure technology and business solutions match business requirements.
• Meet with customers to capture user requirements, run user reviews and hold stakeholder agreement meetings.
• Analyse as-is and to-be processes to define system, technology and business requirements.
• Support the delivery of quality functional and support development and implementation of business solutions for the client.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• More than 4 years of working experience.
• A clear affinity for technology, awareness of the latest IT trends and understanding of how to apply IT successfully in complex business environments, especially in banking, is preferred.
• Desire to work in an information systems environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership, management, teamwork and collaboration skills, and strong analytical abilities.
