AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy advanced machine‑learning models that power our products and services. You will work closely with data engineers, analysts, and software developers to turn raw data into intelligent, production‑ready AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and label large datasets to enable effective model training.
• Design, train, and fine‑tune AI models, including neural networks and large language models, from scratch.
• Transform machine‑learning models into APIs or software components for seamless integration into applications and websites.
• Connect AI models with existing back‑end/front‑end systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Evaluate model performance, speed, and accuracy, and iteratively improve to reduce errors.
• Monitor deployed AI systems in production, ensuring they adapt to new data and evolving business needs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience developing and deploying ML models in real‑world business or research environments.
• Strong knowledge of ML/DL frameworks such as Jupyter Notebook, Anaconda, TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit‑learn, PyTorch, and MXNet.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for pipeline orchestration, GPU‑based training (CUDA), and model deployment (e.g., SageMaker, Docker, Vertex AI).
• Proficiency in Python and core data libraries including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit‑learn.
• Solid understanding of machine‑learning algorithms, hyper‑parameter tuning, and evaluation techniques.
• Experience with large language models, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases (FAISS, ChromaDB, Milvus), and embedding models.
• Familiarity with integration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and modern context‑sharing protocols (MCP).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
