Account Manager - Fine Fragrances

About the role

Givaudan is looking for an Account Manager for its Fine Fragrances business in Indonesia, based in South Jakarta. The role focuses on driving growth by seeking new business opportunities and managing designated accounts, while building customer relationships, monitoring market activity and helping move projects from scale-up to production.

Key responsibilities

• Pursue new business opportunities within designated accounts and markets to strengthen Givaudan's market presence and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships so their needs are understood and met.
• Monitor customer and competitor activity and keep customer information up to date.
• Develop and track account plans for key accounts aligned with business development goals.
• Create and deliver internal and customer presentations of Givaudan's value proposition.
• Identify opportunities to join targeted briefs and projects that fit strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Graduate or post-graduate degree with 5-10 years of experience; prior commercial and business development experience is advantageous.
• Ideally fine fragrance experience or a strong passion for the FF industry combined with commercial experience.
• Determined, entrepreneurial and committed to continuous learning.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and key accounts, and to negotiate effectively.

• Analytical skills with a multidimensional problem-solving approach.
• Result-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve targets.
