Account Executive, LE/GE, GTS (Indonesia Territory)

About the role

Gartner is hiring an Account Executive for its Large Enterprise / Government Technology Services (LE/GE, GTS) business in the Indonesia territory. This is a field sales role focused on client retention and growth, building trust-based relationships with C-Level executives and their teams. The Account Executive is given a territory of Large Enterprise clients: in the End-User segment clients have more than $1 billion in annual revenue, and in the Tech Vendor segment more than $500 million.

Key responsibilities

• Drive value delivery with current Gartner clients so they maximise the value of their services
• Identify, cultivate, qualify and close client growth opportunities through cross-sell and upsell
• Build a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to meet sales metrics and KPIs
• Own quota responsibility for the assigned territory
• Manage complex, high-revenue sales across matrix and diverse business environments
• Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

Required profile

• 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in complex, intangible sales environments
• Experience selling to and/or influencing C-Level executives
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Proven ability to own, manage and forecast a complex sales process
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia at a professional level, required for the territory
