Group Health Business Development

About the role

The Group Health Business Development role focuses on driving sales and marketing targets for Zurich's health insurance and employee benefits portfolio in Indonesia. You will manage and grow relationships with distribution partners and corporate accounts to achieve growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new and existing distribution partners, ensuring alignment with Zurich's business objectives.
• Deliver sales and performance targets set for each partner.
• Negotiate offers, closures, and terminations, and implement distributor terms of business.
• Monitor partner performance, identify gaps, and recommend actions to leadership.
• Investigate complex distributor queries and determine appropriate resolutions.
• Evaluate distribution relationships to maximise new business, retention and profit.
• Design and execute targeted marketing and sales campaigns across the partner panel.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, employee benefits or health insurance.
• Experience handling corporate accounts and broker relationships is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of group health insurance and employee benefits products.
