Finance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a driven finance professional with strong technical accounting acumen to manage the company’s accounting and bookkeeping operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail‑oriented and an excellent communicator who is able to step up to the challenge in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day accounting activities, including maintaining general ledger accounts and preparing journal entries.
• Execute month‑end and year‑end closing activities of the group and respective subsidiaries.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations, prepare trial balance, balance sheet and P&L.
• Assist in group consolidation, audit and other reporting processes.
• Assist in the preparation of tax and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Contribute to the preparation of internal management reports, including budgets and forecasts.
• Liaise with other departments to translate business activities into transparent accounting information.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of financial and accounting operations, systems, processes and practices.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Detailed understanding of IFRS.
• High level of integrity and strong sense of personal ownership.
