Associate – Advisory Deals – Deals Strategy & Operations

About the role

A career in our Deals Strategy and Operation practice, within Deals Transaction Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help the team build, develop, manage and run strategic capacity which will undoubtedly benefit both PwC and our clients. As an indispensable part of the team, you will cooperate with other business units to boost strategic capacity in the team and stay close connection with clients to better meet their demands.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Marketing, Engineering (Chemical or Industrial) with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internship experience in consulting or strategy is advantageous.
• General understanding of mergers, integrations, spin‑offs and/or divestiture transactions.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking and basic financial analysis skills.
