About the role
At PwC, our people in Deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals.
Key responsibilities
- Invite and provide evidence‑based feedback in a timely and constructive manner.
- Share and collaborate effectively with others.
- Validate data and analysis for accuracy and relevance.
- Follow risk management and compliance procedures.
- Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; fresh graduates welcome.
- GPA above 3.0 (or equivalent honors) from top universities.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Interest in Financial Due Diligence and commitment to continuous learning.
