D2C eCommerce Commercial Manager – Power Tools

About the role

We are looking for a D2C eCommerce Commercial Manager to lead the direct‑to‑consumer strategy for our Power Tools portfolio in Indonesia. You will shape the brand.com, marketplace and app channels, turning data‑driven insights into growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the D2C eCommerce strategy (brand.com, marketplace, app) for Indonesia, targeting traffic, conversion, cost efficiency and platform mix.
• Collaborate with the central marketing expertise team to optimise brand, product and service presentation in the official store with user‑centric content.
• Make data‑based decisions on listings, content, promotions and CRM through deep analysis and visualisation.
• Plan and execute annual shop promotions together with central marketing and platform partners.
• Own profitability through budget planning, operational cost monitoring and T&C negotiations with platforms and service providers.
• Ensure smooth workflow and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with major eCommerce platforms and represent PT Bosch at conferences and events.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, V‑lookup) and PowerPoint.
• Fluent oral and written English; comfortable working in a global team.
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools; Power BI preferred.
• Strong understanding of performance‑marketing tools and local marketplace dynamics.
• Knowledge of eCommerce cost drivers and ability to improve supply‑chain efficiency.
• Solid management, negotiation skills and KPI setup experience.
• Educational background in business, economics, statistics or marketing.
