Analyst – Financial Institutions Group (Grade 5.1)

About the role

The Analyst FIG supports the Head of Client Coverage and manages a portfolio of Financial Institutions (FI) clients in Indonesia. The role focuses on delivering revenue growth and client service for banks, funds, insurers and diversified financials while executing the FIG Indonesia strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support coverage bankers in client relationship management, including onboarding and KYC processes.
• Assist in deal origination, structuring, evaluation and execution for FI clients.
• Maintain and update client pipelines, call notes, briefing notes and account plans.
• Collaborate with product partners and enablement teams to develop relationships and win mandates.
• Manage operational processes such as KYC, account management and monthly financial reporting.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and ensure accurate financial and ICIS data for the client set.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic, values alignment and ability to learn quickly.
• Interest in banking, finance and financial institutions; prior exposure is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Motivation to develop as a coverage banker within the FIG segment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of KYC and client onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with transaction banking concepts.
