About the role

The company is looking for a skilled welder to carry out welding tasks required by various projects. The role involves operating welding equipment, preparing materials, and ensuring high‑quality work while following safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

Perform welding/pengelasan according to project needs using SMAW, GTAW, and OAN processes.
Cut, shape, and fabricate materials as required.
Prepare, clean, and maintain welding equipment and related tools such as grinders.
Maintain work quality and adhere to occupational safety and health (K3) procedures.

Required profile

Male, maximum age 40 years.
Minimum education: SMA/SMK/D1 or equivalent.
At least 2 years of welding experience with ability to perform 3G welding.
Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed work instructions.
Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and compliance with PPE and safety regulations.

Required skills

SMAW welding process.
GTAW welding process.
OAN welding process.
3G welding capability.
Operation of grinders and related tools.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
