Sr. Manager, Warehouse & Distribution Operations

About the role

Alcon is seeking a senior leader to drive safety, efficiency and performance across its warehouse and distribution network in Indonesia. The Sr. Manager will shape strategy, oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple warehouse and distribution teams to achieve daily safety and efficiency targets.
• Design and implement distribution strategies that improve business performance.
• Manage inventory levels, coordinate outbound shipments and monitor logistics metrics.
• Ensure adherence to GxP regulations, SOPs and safety policies through rigorous documentation and training.
• Develop departmental plans, conduct performance management and foster talent development.
• Contribute to policy and procedure creation that enhances team effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading warehouse or distribution operations in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of GxP, SOP compliance and quality documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute operational strategies.
• Excellent leadership, project management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of inventory management principles.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and Good Practice (GxP) standards.
• Experience with standard operating procedures (SOP) implementation.
