Supply Chain Intern

About the role

Join Bosch as a Supply Chain Intern and support the daily operations of our logistics and finance processes. You will work closely with the supply chain team to ensure accurate documentation, invoice handling, and data collection for customers. This full‑time, paid internship runs from July to December and offers hands‑on experience in a global technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Upload tax invoices to the Government Tax System.
• Provide supporting data for invoice mitigation and detective control.
• Receive and verify daily delivery notes from transporters, managing both digital and hard‑copy files.
• Collect and submit data for new and existing customers.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as internal sales order issues, proforma invoices, and credit/debit memo creation.
• Prepare and send invoices to customers.
• Support departmental projects and events.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student (minimum S‑1) from any major, preferably Management, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Keen to learn, proactive, and able to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
