Affiliate Onboarding & Activation Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Onboarding & Activation Manager to lead the onboarding and activation of new affiliate partners. The role involves managing the end‑to‑end onboarding process, creating training materials, and driving early performance of affiliates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for new affiliates from start to finish.
• Develop and optimize onboarding materials such as presentations, video tutorials, and FAQs.
• Provide training and support to ensure affiliates understand and are prepared.
• Identify onboarding challenges and implement periodic process improvements.
• Develop and execute an affiliate activation strategy to encourage early activity.
• Monitor new affiliate performance, offering insights and motivation toward targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and partnership teams to design incentive programs and communications.
• Create reports and analyze onboarding and activation activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnerships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective presentation and training abilities.
• Familiarity with data and digital marketing tools.
• Problem‑solver with high initiative and results‑oriented mindset.
• Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Partnerize, Refersion, Rakuten) is a plus.
