Senior SEO Manager – APAC (Hybrid, Jakarta)

About the role

Greenpark is seeking a Senior SEO Manager for the APAC region to lead omnichannel search strategies across multiple markets. You will work hybrid from Jakarta, collaborating with global clients to boost organic visibility and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive SEO and omnichannel search strategy for APAC accounts, covering organic, AI, social, and marketplace search.
• Act as strategic lead for assigned clients, managing communication with local, regional and global stakeholders.
• Support business development by contributing to pitches, proposals and new service design.
• Research emerging search trends and build scalable frameworks and best‑practice processes.
• Mentor SEO managers and executives, ensuring quality control and team development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, Computer Science or related field.
• Extensive experience in SEO, organic search or digital search strategy within an agency or consulting environment.
• Proven track record managing multiple enterprise‑level client accounts across regional or global markets.
• Strong analytical ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.

Required skills

• Technical SEO, on‑page SEO, content strategy, keyword research, site architecture and performance optimisation.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, BrightEdge or similar SEO platforms.
