Donor Conversion & Reactivation Consultant

About the role

Save the Children Indonesia is looking for an experienced consultant to design and implement a donor conversion and reactivation strategy. The role will focus on turning leads and existing supporters into active monthly donors for the Komunitas Pahlawan Anak (KPA) and re‑engaging inactive donors through multichannel approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop conversion and reactivation strategies based on donor behavior, engagement data and audience segmentation.
• Design and improve lead journeys that move prospects and supporters into recurring donors.
• Recommend effective use of channels such as WhatsApp, email, telemarketing and other relevant platforms.
• Create messaging, engagement frameworks and conversion tactics to boost acquisition, retention and reactivation.
• Support pilot implementation, monitor results and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Establish key performance indicators and practical monitoring mechanisms, and document best practices for ongoing operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead conversion, donor lifecycle management, fundraising or CRM marketing.
• Strong understanding of multichannel engagement strategies, including digital and direct marketing.
• Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with monthly membership, subscription or recurring revenue models is highly desirable.
• Experience working with nonprofit organisations or fundraising teams is an advantage.
