About the role
We are seeking a motivated Virtual Host Intern to support our assessment services. You will guide participants through virtual assessment sessions, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Host and facilitate virtual assessment sessions following established procedures.
- Deliver clear instructions and verify participant understanding at each stage.
- Monitor session flow, maintaining a professional and timely environment.
- Answer participant questions and address basic technical issues.
- Coordinate with assessors and operational teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Record session notes and report any issues that arise.
- Assist with Assessment Center administrative tasks when not hosting sessions.
Required profile
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking in front of groups.
- Basic English proficiency is a plus.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
