About the role
We are looking for a Freelance Payroll Officer to manage payroll processes for employees, tutors, freelancers, and interns on a project basis.
Key responsibilities
- Run payroll for employees, tutors, freelancers, and interns.
- Keep payroll data consistent with contracts, project fees, and finance records.
- Update active and inactive data, tracking joiners, resignations, and status changes.
- Collect project fees from team leaders and divisions.
- Match payroll data with ERP records such as employee ID, status, dates, salary, bank account, and job title.
Required profile
- Experience handling payroll end‑to‑end.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field.
- Comfortable working independently and meeting payroll deadlines.
- Detail‑oriented and confident with numbers.
- Able to manage and maintain large volumes of data.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and digital administrative systems.
- Good communication skills, adaptive and proactive.
- Commitment to the full 2‑month project period.
