About the role

We are seeking an experienced Telemarketing/Telesales Staff to join our friendly and supportive team in Central Jakarta. You will work in an office environment, engaging with prospects through cold calls to gather information and schedule appointments.

Key responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers.
Gather relevant information about prospects and qualify leads.
Set up appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM system.
Achieve daily and weekly call targets.

Required profile

Proven experience in telemarketing or telesales.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Ability to handle objections and stay motivated.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
