About the role

Gentem Indonesia Lifelong Learning Group is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its fast‑growing teams in South Jakarta. You will be responsible for delivering hiring results quickly while ensuring a strong cultural fit.

Key responsibilities

• Drive recruitment timelines with discipline to meet manpower targets.
• Own the full hiring cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top candidates.
• Identify effective sourcing channels and build pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
• Assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and align hiring with business needs.
• Deliver a smooth, engaging candidate experience that strengthens the employer brand.
