Talent Acquisition Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our Human Resources team in South Jakarta. The analyst will support the company’s hiring goals by identifying, attracting and evaluating potential candidates across various channels.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the overall recruiting strategy in alignment with business needs.
• Source and attract candidates using databases, social media platforms, job portals and other channels.
• Conduct interviews, assess qualifications and filter candidates for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide improvement ideas for the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Internship experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a team.
• Proactive, eager to learn, adaptable and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
