Site Manager (Contract-Based)

About the role

AMODA, which builds prefabricated and modular spaces for retail, hospitality and service providers, is looking for a Site Manager on a contract basis in Jakarta. The Site Manager oversees all aspects of work at the project site, ensuring quality and safety while keeping the project on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all site activities so they comply with the project plan and schedule
• Determine workforce and other resource needs and manage resource allocation efficiently
• Ensure work quality meets standards and monitor progress regularly
• Manage the project budget, monitor costs and identify ways to optimise expenses
• Communicate with the project team, stakeholders and management about progress and emerging issues
• Expand contractor partners and their technical capabilities, including performing KYB tests with them

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field; relevant experience is a plus
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry
• Previous experience as a Site Manager or similar role, and familiarity with fit-out procedures
• Good communication skills, strong leadership and the ability to motivate a team
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations, processes and safety standards
• Result-oriented, able to handle multiple projects at once and work under pressure to meet deadlines
