Senior Associate – Tax Pillar‑Two / Global Minimum Tax

About the role

PwC Indonesia is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Corporate Tax team with a focus on the OECD Pillar‑Two framework. You will help multinational clients understand, plan for, and comply with the new global minimum tax rules, ensuring their internal reporting systems are ready for implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse complex Pillar‑Two tax rules and develop practical recommendations for clients.
• Review clients' accounting and internal control systems to identify improvement initiatives.
• Support clients in preparing for Pillar‑Two compliance, including risk‑management procedures and engagement documentation.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors during audit field work.
• Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision‑making.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct in all client interactions.

Required profile

• Senior Associate level with strong understanding of accounting concepts.
• Experience in tax consulting, preferably with exposure to international tax frameworks.
• Ability to simplify complex tax messages and present key points clearly.
• Proactive attitude toward developing new skills outside of comfort zones.
