About the role

Support distributors and the distribution management in analyzing, planning and controlling the financial results to ensure standardized and efficient processes. The role contributes to the creation of performance indicators and participates in strategic sales projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support distributors and distribution management in analyzing, planning and controlling financial results.
• Create relevant analysis and management performance indicators for management, strategic projects and stakeholders.
• Handle entrepreneurship‑related issues.
• Consult and train agencies on compensation models and accounting matters.
• Develop processes and systems together with the finance department and the trust company.
• Participate in sales projects and perform data simulations.
• Conduct monthly cost forecasting and cost controlling.
• Control monthly payment lists.
• Plan and forecast as a full‑time employee.
