Senior Associate – SAP Consulting (COE) – Yogyakarta

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its SAP Centre of Excellence in Yogyakarta. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end S/4HANA implementation projects, providing expert SAP consulting across multiple modules, and supporting clients in achieving operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute full‑cycle S/4HANA implementation projects aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, configure, and deploy SAP solutions in SD, PP, PM, FI, CO and SuccessFactors modules.
• Analyse client business processes to identify optimisation opportunities using SAP S/4HANA.
• Provide guidance on SAP best practices, system configuration, and integration with other enterprise systems.
• Develop and deliver project documentation, functional specifications, testing plans and user training materials.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster a collaborative knowledge‑sharing environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SAP Consultant with a track record of successful S/4HANA projects.
• Senior Associate level expertise, capable of leading complex implementations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
