Digital Project Manager – Insurance

About the role

The Digital Project Manager will describe as‑is‑to‑be models during requirements elicitation, adapt delivery methodologies, and support the project manager in building business cases for Zurich Insurance in Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

• Describe as‑is‑to‑be models as part of the requirements elicitation process.
• Plan, conduct and facilitate elicitation sessions and ensure production of associated deliverables.
• Understand customers’ objectives, processes and products to make recommendations.
• Assist the project manager in building business cases, including cost‑benefit analysis, risk assessment and high‑level planning.
• Produce requirement specifications and solution design documents throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage requirement risk, traceability matrix and prioritize requirements.
• Support development of test plans, testing, implementation and training activities.
• Perform quality reviews and support post‑implementation problem solving and benefit measurement.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of insurance customers’ objectives, processes and products.
• Ability to adapt and apply different delivery methodologies.
• Experience supporting project managers in business case development and risk assessment.
• Capability to plan and follow‑up on business analyst activities and prioritize requirements.
