Senior Associate – Advisory Deals – Corporate Finance

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Advisory Deals team in Jakarta. You will support clients through complex transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring, providing strategic financial advice and helping optimise capital structures.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial data and develop actionable insights for client transactions.
• Conduct due‑diligence, valuation and financial modelling for M&A and divestiture projects.
• Assist senior managers in preparing client presentations and transaction documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality advisory services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred.
• GPA above 3.0 (or equivalent honours) from a recognised university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
