About the role
The Security Officer (Satpam) will ensure the safety of company assets, employees, and visitors by following established SOPs and regulations. The role involves monitoring premises, controlling access, and maintaining order across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities
- Guard and protect company assets in accordance with SOPs and applicable regulations.
- Monitor and control the entry and exit of goods, recording movements as required.
- Maintain order and enforce company policies within the workplace.
- Investigate incidents of loss or damage and prepare official reports.
- Assist in traffic management for vehicles entering and leaving the site.
- Organize vehicle parking according to the designated layout.
- Perform security patrols of the pool area following standard procedures.
Required profile
- Male, minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education.
- At least 1 year of relevant security experience.
- Willingness to work in shifts and be assigned to Jakarta, Bogor, Subang, or Bandung.
- Open to rotation or relocation as needed by the company.
- Honest, responsible, and results‑oriented.
