About the role

PT ARC Teknologi is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Leader to design and manage a remote sales process for its manufacturing operations in Jakarta. The role combines strategic planning, team motivation, and performance reporting to drive sales efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement a remote sales process.
Monitor employee efficiency, provide motivation, and improve performance.
Prepare regular reports on departmental results.
Participate in the automation and continuous improvement of sales workflows.
Create a knowledge base and coordinate both soft‑skill and hard‑skill training programs.
Support onboarding and development of new team members.

Required profile

Proven experience in sales.
Experience managing remote teams of ten or more people.
Data analysis capability.
Strong negotiation and motivational abilities.
English proficiency at B1 level.
