About the role
PT ARC Teknologi is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Leader to design and manage a remote sales process for its manufacturing operations in Jakarta. The role combines strategic planning, team motivation, and performance reporting to drive sales efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a remote sales process.
- Monitor employee efficiency, provide motivation, and improve performance.
- Prepare regular reports on departmental results.
- Participate in the automation and continuous improvement of sales workflows.
- Create a knowledge base and coordinate both soft‑skill and hard‑skill training programs.
- Support onboarding and development of new team members.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales.
- Experience managing remote teams of ten or more people.
- Data analysis capability.
- Strong negotiation and motivational abilities.
- English proficiency at B1 level.
