Recruitment Specialist

About the role

As a Recruitment Specialist at Bosch Group in South Jakarta, you will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for a variety of functions, ensuring the right talent is attracted, assessed, and onboarded to support Bosch’s innovative projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, from job briefing and sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation and pre‑onboarding handover.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to clarify hiring needs, team dynamics and role requirements before opening requisitions.
• Write and post compelling job advertisements that accurately reflect the role and attract suitable candidates.
• Screen applications, conduct structured initial interviews, and coordinate interview panels with hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and support offer negotiations in line with compensation guidelines.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, hard‑to‑fill and recurring roles using job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, campus partnerships and employee referrals.
• Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and headhunters, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
• Represent Bosch Indonesia at career fairs, campus events and industry forums as needed.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and HR systems, track key metrics and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role within a corporate or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
