HRIT Intern – Automation & Analytics

About the role

Join Bosch's HRIT team to support the creation of regular HR reports and dashboards, and to drive automation of manual HR processes using Microsoft tools and emerging AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain regular HR reports and visual dashboards.
• Develop and enhance HR dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Identify manual HR processes suitable for automation and design solutions with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Copilot.
• Assist in testing, implementing, and documenting HR automation projects.
• Explore AI applications to improve HR workflows and employee experience.
• Analyze existing HR workflows and propose efficiency improvements.
• Support digital transformation initiatives such as onboarding, workforce reporting, and learning administration.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of automation and workflow concepts.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot, SharePoint, Excel automation).
• Strong learning agility and ability to quickly adopt new technologies.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Self‑motivated and eager to explore innovative digital solutions.
