Psychometrician – Data‑Driven Assessment Specialist

About the role
We are seeking a Psychometrician to join our Human Resources team in South Jakarta. In this role you will help build and maintain data‑driven assessment systems that support talent development and business decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the design, administration and scoring of psychometric assessments.
- Analyze assessment data to generate insights that meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to ensure assessment tools are accurate and reliable.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in psychometrics, assessment or analytics.
- Master’s degree (S2) in Psychometrics, Statistics or a related field.
- Strong understanding of assessment principles and psychometric theory.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with ISO standards or certification in psychometrics/statistics is a plus.

- Data processing and analysis.
