Project Management Officer – Implementasi Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit

About the role

The Project Management Officer will lead the implementation of a Hospital Information System, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery. This role requires close collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and technical staff to meet project goals on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless execution of multiple projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
• Perform risk management and ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and report status to management.
• Manage client relationships, gather detailed requirements, and ensure satisfaction.
• Delegate tasks based on team members’ strengths and track performance against short‑ and long‑term goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in project management.
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Health Sciences, Management, or related fields.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
