About the role

We are seeking a freelance Program Service professional to support the planning and implementation of distribution programs and partnership activities across Indonesia. The role involves close coordination with implementing partners, local communities, and field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of distribution programs and partnership initiatives.
• Coordinate with implementing partners and local communities.
• Conduct field assessments to identify community needs and provide program recommendations.
• Prepare program concepts, operational requirements, and budgets.
• Monitor program implementation to ensure activities follow the plan.
• Document field insights, program progress, and outcomes for reporting and evaluation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or final‑year student in a relevant field.
• Experience in program implementation or social/NGO activities.
• Experience building and maintaining partnerships with NGOs or community organizations.
• Not currently affiliated with another NGO, LAZ, or crowdfunding platform.
• Based in Jabodetabek and willing to work hybrid (minimum 3 days in office).
• Willing and able to work on‑site in Aceh, NTT, Kalimantan, and other expedition areas.
