About the role
Mattel is hiring an Associate Supervisor for Manufacturing Inventory Control in Bekasi. The role oversees the inventory control team and daily operations, ensuring timely material availability for production and accurate stock records.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the inventory control team and daily operations.
- Ensure timely material availability for production.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and audits.
- Drive process improvements while maintaining safety and operational standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience in inventory, warehouse, manufacturing or supply chain is an advantage.
Required skills
- Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
