Tentang Posisi

Program Analis Kredit selama 1 tahun bertujuan mempersiapkan profesional muda menjadi analis kredit kompeten di BCA.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

Menganalisis kredit menggunakan rasio keuangan untuk menilai kelayakan kredit.
Memastikan penyaluran kredit secara sehat dan meminimalkan risiko kredit macet.

Profil yang Dibutuhkan

Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik, detail, dan teliti.
Lulusan S1 (IPK ≥ 2.75) dengan latar belakang Ekonomi atau Teknik menjadi nilai tambah.
Usia maksimal 24 tahun untuk S1 dan 26 tahun untuk S2.
Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Semarang, atau Medan.

Keterampilan yang Dibutuhkan

Kemampuan bekerja di bawah tekanan.
Ketertarikan terhadap proses kerja bisnis.
