Finance Staff – Billing & Reconciliation

About the role
The Finance Staff will support the finance team by executing bill payments, handling settlement documents, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions through reconciliation. This position reports daily to senior finance personnel and works closely with internal departments and external clients.
Key responsibilities
- Execute payment of invoices and manage related administrative documents.
- Perform transaction verification and reconciliation against financial reports.
- Investigate discrepancies in financial figures and produce daily reports.
- Monitor and track cash‑flow, overseeing both expenditures and receipts.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
- Degree in Economics, Accounting or related field (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work on‑site as needed.
- Proficiency in data management: collection, validation, processing and storage.
Required skills
- Coretax system (mandatory).
- Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Accounting software for financial statement validation.
- Data management tools and techniques.
