Product Project Lead – Country Manager, Indonesia

About the role

Make an impact as the Country Project Lead for the Mastercard Offers Network rollout in Indonesia. You will drive the execution of this strategic initiative, ensuring the solution is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with Mastercard’s 2030 strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of the Mastercard Offers Network project in Indonesia.
• Develop and manage detailed local project timelines, action plans and milestones.
• Ensure cross‑functional alignment and timely execution across all workstreams.
• Act as primary liaison among country teams, regional product teams and external partners.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organise and lead local Steering Committee meetings to ensure governance and strategic alignment.
• Coordinate market assessments and apply validated go‑to‑market strategies.
• Align rollout activities with local Account Management, Country Manager, Sales and Customer Service teams.

Required profile

• Execution‑oriented professional with domain experience in payments or related technology projects.
• Proven ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
