Medical Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Medical Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design and implement innovative AI solutions that address critical healthcare challenges. You will work closely with clinicians, data scientists, and software engineers to translate medical needs into intelligent systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models for disease prediction, clinical decision support, and medical image analysis.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure solutions align with clinical workflows.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for ingesting, cleaning, and preprocessing medical datasets.
• Train, evaluate, and optimize machine‑learning and deep‑learning models using supervised and unsupervised techniques.
• Support the integration of AI tools into hospital information systems and monitor their real‑world performance.
• Stay current with advances in medical AI and contribute to continuous improvement of the platform.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in AI or software development.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (S2/S1/D3); MSc or PhD preferred.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
