Clinical Psychologist / Counsellor (Remote, Sei Mangkei)

About the role

Intellect is looking for a Clinical Psychologist or Counsellor to join its network of providers and support clients on their mental health journeys through its telehealth platform. This is a freelance, remote role based in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatra, offering full flexibility to manage your own schedule alongside your current work or private practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support
• Treat a broad range of cases including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia and more
• Partner with the internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes

Required profile

• Master's degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
• Valid and active SIPP (Surat Izin Praktik Psikolog) or SIPPK (Surat Izin Praktik Psikolog Klinis) issued in Indonesia, with current STRP registration
• Minimum of 300 post-master's clinical hours
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; openness to occasional onsite work is a bonus

Required skills

• CBT or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., MI, DBT, SFBT)
• Preferred: EAP experience, adult counseling or managerial coaching
