Marketing Executive - Beauty Brand

About the role

MAKE UP FOR EVER, a prestige beauty brand owned by LVMH, is looking for a Marketing Executive in Jakarta to accelerate its business and strengthen its brand presence across all channels (boutiques, department stores, Sephora and e-commerce). The role covers planning product and PR marketing strategies and implementing them so they turn into sales, working closely with the regional team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop integrated marketing campaigns (PR, social media, direct marketing, digital) to build brand desirability and engagement that drives sales.
• Create and present business reviews, sales and campaign performance reports.
• Manage merchandising allocation (sellable, tester, GWP) and inventory, including depletion plans and monthly retail promotions.
• Plan and run trade mechanics and PR/digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google, summarise agency reports and write post-mortems with KPI results.
• Organise marketing and PR events (product launches, KOL/MUA gatherings, pop-up stores) and manage relationships with KOLs and celebrity MUAs.
• Manage advertising and promotion budgets with KPIs and ROI analysis, and conduct market research and competitor reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, good presentation skills and resilience; able to work under tight deadlines.
• Positive work ethic, able to work closely with all functions and external parties and to own KPIs.

Required skills

• Professional proficiency in English and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator and knowledge of Google Analytics are a plus.
