Marketing Communications Executive

About the role

Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto, a 403-room hotel in South Jakarta, is looking for a Marketing Communications Executive. The role develops, coordinates and implements the hotel's marketing communication activities to strengthen brand awareness, promote rooms, food and beverage outlets, meetings, weddings and facilities, and ensure all communications follow Accor brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run marketing and promotional plans, create campaign content and keep hotel information up to date on digital platforms
• Manage social media accounts, plan monthly content calendars, create posts, reels, stories and videos, monitor engagement and respond to online enquiries
• Build relationships with media, influencers and partners, coordinate media visits and prepare press releases and invitations
• Design and coordinate posters, banners, brochures, flyers and digital ads, and liaise with graphic designers, printers and agencies
• Support events, seasonal campaigns and festivals, and work with operational departments on promotional needs
• Prepare monthly marketing and social media reports, track campaign results, archive materials and help control marketing expenses

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing or a similar role; hospitality experience is an advantage
• Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia
