Manager, Customer Success

About the role

Mastercard is expanding its Services Customer Success team to help customers achieve desired outcomes and maximize the value of its digital payments products. As a Regional Customer Success Manager, you will drive strategic priorities across the region, ensuring priority customers experience positive change through effective use of Mastercard’s network services.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer partnerships by understanding their business and managing health and value realization during product launch and post‑sale.
• Identify optimization opportunities to drive customer value and align with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Network Services, Account Management, Sales, Product, Technical Account Managers and support/delivery teams.
• Lead initiatives that grow the business, generate qualified leads, and provide feedback for product and process improvements.
• Ensure technical and program readiness for customers adopting Mastercard network products.

Required profile

• Experience managing customer relationships or success initiatives within a regional context.
• Ability to work closely with multiple internal stakeholders to deliver value.
• Understanding of digital payments and network services ecosystems.
• Strategic mindset focused on customer outcomes and business growth.
