Intern, Hotel Outreach & Market Contracting (Indonesia)

About the role

A proactive, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Hotel Outreach & Market Contracting Intern is sought to join the Market Management team supporting the Indonesia market. The intern gains hands-on experience in hotel partner engagement, market research, lead qualification and contracting coordination, helping the team reach out to hotels across Indonesia, identify key contacts, maintain an outreach pipeline and coordinate follow-up meetings for Market Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with outbound calls, emails and messages to hotels across Indonesia to introduce the platform and make initial contact with hotel representatives.
• Research and verify key hotel contacts such as Directors of Sales, Revenue Managers and General Managers, and gather basic information on hotel operations, channel manager usage and connectivity preferences.
• Maintain and update hotel contact details, outreach progress, conversation notes and follow-up status in the master tracking spreadsheet.
• Help schedule follow-up contracting meetings between qualified hotel contacts and Market Managers.
• Follow up with hotel partners on the submission of completed contracts, rate sheets and other required documentation.
• Support market mapping, contact database enrichment, progress tracking and other ad hoc tasks related to market expansion.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia is essential for daily communication with hotel partners; professional English is required for internal communication and reporting.
• Confident and professional in phone calls, emails and messaging platforms, with attention to detail and a self-motivated, organized attitude.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Microsoft Excel.
