Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

A full-time Digital Marketing Officer position is open, based in Bali or the Denpasar area. The role covers creating and running digital marketing strategies, producing content, managing paid ads and growing the company's online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute digital marketing strategies to meet company objectives and drive growth.
• Identify target audiences and build tailored digital marketing plans for each segment.
• Produce content for websites, blogs, social media and email campaigns.
• Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to maximise ROI.
• Carry out keyword research and run on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic rankings.
• Grow engagement and online presence on social media, monitor channels and respond to comments and messages.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics to track traffic and campaign performance.
• Work with the marketing team, design team and other departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Proven digital marketing experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media and email marketing systems.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices and content management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English proficiency; preference for candidates living in Bali or willing to work in Denpasar.
