About the role
Mattel is hiring an Industrial Engineer in Cikarang, West Java, to support manufacturing operations. The role covers developing work methods, line layouts and tooling, and driving continuous improvement in production.
Key responsibilities
- Develop work methods, line layouts and tooling for rooting, grooming and final assembly processes.
- Support new product piloting and production ramp-up activities.
- Analyze labor requirements, material yield and process efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and cost.
- Provide technical support and training to production teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, team-oriented and eager to learn in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Time Study, MTM, Line Balancing and Process Flow.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Technical Drawing and AutoCAD.
