E-Commerce & Sales Manager

About the role

The E‑Commerce & Sales Manager will lead the hotel’s online revenue generation, overseeing all digital sales channels and ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests. Based on site in Bali, you will work closely with the front‑office and reservations teams to maximise room sales and drive the commercial strategy of Lomo Boutique Hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the hotel website, OTAs and social media platforms, keeping content accurate and pricing competitive.
• Monitor bookings, performance metrics and market trends; adjust rates and inventory to optimise revenue.
• Design and launch promotions, packages and online advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with front‑office and reservations to ensure timely responses to guest inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients and OTA partners.
• Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to the overall commercial strategy.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel sales, revenue management or e‑commerce within the hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of online distribution channels and OTA platforms.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills and local market knowledge of Bali are a plus.
