Division Sales Leader – Automotive Aftermarket Division

About the role

The Division Sales Leader for the Automotive Aftermarket Division will drive sales strategy, commercial execution, and revenue growth across Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore. Reporting to the SEA Regional Division Sales Leader, you will lead a multi‑country team, work closely with channel partners and key accounts, and ensure alignment with regional business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Automotive Aftermarket Division across the four markets.
• Deliver annual revenue, margin, market‑share and profitability targets.
• Identify growth opportunities by country, channel, customer segment and product portfolio.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform business decisions.
• Lead channel strategy, performance management and capability development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, workshops, retailers, fleet customers and other aftermarket partners.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with key accounts and channel partners.
• Coordinate with technical, supply‑chain and customer‑service teams to resolve customer issues.
• Coach, develop and hold sales teams accountable across all assigned countries.

Required profile

• Proven commercial leadership experience in the automotive aftermarket or a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue and profitability targets in a multi‑country environment.
• Strong understanding of channel management, key‑account development and market dynamics in Southeast Asia.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams such as marketing, finance, supply chain and technical support.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required.
