About the role

Mastercard is seeking a senior leader to drive the rollout of the Mastercard Offers Network in Indonesia. The role focuses on building and scaling a high‑quality merchant partner ecosystem that powers targeted, data‑driven consumer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the merchant partnership strategy for the Indonesian market.
• Onboard, manage, and scale merchant partners participating in Mastercard’s offer programs.
• Lead commercial negotiations and ensure successful implementation of partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with regional product teams, solution engineers, legal, and implementation groups to deliver program objectives.
• Monitor program performance, drive continuous improvement, and report on growth metrics.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in partnership management, commercial negotiation, and strategic growth planning.
• Deep understanding of the payments industry and merchant services.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with experience leveraging AI‑powered and technology solutions.
• Ability to work hands‑on across cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
